We manage payments and lien waivers from homeowners to contractors, so the homeowner does not pay until the actual work within each draw is completed and accepted by the homeowner.

We maintain all documentation from start to finish in our proprietary system. This includes estimates, work orders, change orders, draws, payments, lien waivers, field manager sign off, insurance documents, billing, before, during and after photos and daily progress notes from the field.

Our field managers are supported by in-house repair specialists and team managers to keep communication and documentation at the highest level from start to finish of each job.
